Is there a minimum cost
As a general rule - yes, we impose a minimum cost for most services which is based on '3 hours minimum' .
However, depending on the type of service you require, this may not apply.

Do you offer discreet payment options
Yes - due to the nature of private investigation work, it is common for the need to make discreet payments.
We can arrange all types of different payment options including cash, cryptocurrency, PayPal, EFT, vouchers etc.

Will I be provided with real-time updates
Yes - generally speaking, specifically with the case for surveillance matters, you will be provided with real-time updates as to the target's whereabouts, actions etc and will often be accompanied by video footage or imagery.
Your preferences for things such as real-time updates is something we will discuss during our consultation and quoting session/s.

Muir Investigations is primarily based in Perth, Western Australia - however, we have the capability to cover right across Australia and even internationally depending on the requirements.
Are results guaranteed
Due to the nature of private investigation work - results cannot be guaranteed.

GPS Trackers & Listening Bugs
DO WE USE THEM?
No - using GPS trackers and listening/optical bugs to track or monitor someone is illegal without the person's strict consent. Surveillance is conducted by licenced investigators with recordings being captured in public areas only - which is legal.
DO YOU SWEEP FOR THEM
Yes - we do offer a bug sweeping service. If you suspect that your mode of transport could be tracked or your home/office is bugged, get in touch with us immediately to discuss further steps.
